By commissioning me, you will automatically agree with my TOS.Once I start on your commission, refunds are unavailable.Refunds can be made if I'm unable to do your commission, or if commission exceeds deadline + hasn't been worked on.My deadline is 1 week - 2 months. But, that's mainly with commissions that are animatedYou are allowed to ask for changes during sketch phase. Once you approve it, changes cannot be done.I am allowed to cancel any commissions at anytime, but this is rare, mostly done when there's an emergency. Refund will be provided .I am allowed to deny any commissions I feel I cannot do/uncomfortable doingIf you're underage, please make sure you have full permission from your parent/guardian when buying from me. (You don't have to tell me that, just make sure you are using your own money or have permission from whoever!)You may not use any commissioned art to feed into an ai program for any “enhancements” All art is for personal use only.If you want to turn art that you get from me into psychical items, you are very much allowed, but DO NOT use it to sell into merch.
